Policies: All room rates include use of all Ogunquit Resort Motel amenities including hot tub, fitness room, outdoor pool (in season) etc.  Rates are per night and based upon four per room.  Rates are subject to Maine State Rooms & Meals Tax (currently 7%).

Reservation Information:

Check in next door at the Ogunquit Resort Motel

Check In time is 2 - 11pm.

Check Out time is 11am (except on packages as noted).

Office Hours: 8am - 11pm. You must notify us in advance if checking in after 11pm.

Deposit: Required as follows to confirm reservations:

~ One night stays - prepayment in full.
~ Two or more nights - 50% deposit is due.
~ Balance due upon arrival

 

Cancellations: All deposits are refundable, less a $20 bookkeeping fee, if we are notified at least 7 days prior to arrival.  Cancellations received within 7 days are non-refundable. Should you need to depart prior to your scheduled departure date, an early departure fee will be assessed.

Credit Cards: Visa/MasterCard/American Express/Discover. Credit card numbers given to confirm reservations will be processed the day the reservation is taken. Credit card imprints are required on arrival.

 

Additional Persons: Room rates are based upon 1, 2, 3 or 4 persons in the suite. There is a $10 - 15 per person charge for 5th and 6th persons in a suite. Maximum 6 persons per One Bedroom unit.

 

Cribs: Cribs are available with advance notice for $10/night. Packages: All packages are quoted ppdo (per person based upon double occupancy).

 

Minimum Stays and Holiday Restrictions: Surcharges and/or minimum stays will be applicable during holiday weekends and/or special events. Many weekends require 2 night minimums.
